About This

  • SOLID & DURABLE - The grill press is made of heavy duty cast iron, which is cast properly with very crisp clean detail and fine grain smooth surfaces. The bottom of this press is dead flat with a waffle-like texture and very easy to clean.
  • WARM TIPS - The cast iron grill press with solid wood handle can nicely insulate the barbecue press which gets very hot, but to avoid scalding by touching the tip of the handle attached to the metal, it is recommended to use gloves while in use.
  • HOW TO MAINTAIN - Please wash in hand (no dishwasher) to avoid damage to the wood handle. To keep it has a longer service term please coating it with oil or olive oil for preservation and anti-rust after use. The cast iron steak weight will last much longer than other similar products.
  • EASY TO USE & VERSATILE - The size 8 x 4 inch and weight (approx 2 lbs) of this bacon press. Excellent for cooking a variety of frying or grilling foods. Holds items down for even cooking on the grill or in the pan. The smaller size makes this a very versatile tool and can be used with a 10 inch cast iron pan as well.
  • PRESSURE UNIFORM & EASY TO CLEAN - It does press evenly and does not squish everything flat. Great for burgers, bread, pushing down on steaks, or pork chops to get the perfect sear. Cleans easily and the wooden handle does not get hot.
