  • Effortless Handling: This dough mixer has an easy-to-use control panel. Simply follow these three steps: 1. Add water and flour in the correct proportions; 2. Choose the function: mix or ferment, or both. The default mixing time is 15 minutes (adjustable up to 40 minutes) and the default ferment time is 90 minutes (adjustable up to 120 minutes); 3. The process ends with a beep.
